Under the leadership of Michelle M. AndrePont, the Chief District Public Defender, the Caddo Parish District Public Defender Office works to protect the constitutional rights of each and every client represented by our office. The office also strives to implement reform in the criminal justice system to ensure all clients, regardless of socioeconomic status, receive equal access to justice as guaranteed by the Constitution.
